In 2019, I took on the pivotal role of Project Officer for the Indonesian Cultural Day at Tanzania 2019, a groundbreaking initiative to strengthen collaboration between the Indonesian and Tanzanian governments.
As the leader of this pilot project, I successfully managed the team, coordinated event logistics, and even performed as a dancer, all while ensuring exceptional professionalism and client satisfaction.
This experience marked my first foray into event management, where I demonstrated strong leadership, high work ethics, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
About Me
I hold a Master of Humanities degree from the University of Indonesia, with a focus on Old Manuscripts, particularly in Malay letters. My research has extended to the Manado Residency, where I delve into historical narratives, exploring the connection between literature and regional identity. Currently, I am pushing the boundaries of my work by experimenting with a fusion of research writing and choreography, blending academic inquiry with creative expression to create innovative and dynamic projects.
Professionally, I have developed a diverse skill set, seamlessly managing responsibilities across various domains such as administrative tasks, event coordination, and marketing research. I’ve been responsible for enhancing branding strategies and promoting products, using my organizational and analytical abilities to ensure smooth operations, drive growth, and foster collaboration within teams. My experience has allowed me to effectively support project success and maintain efficient workflows in high-demand environments.
Among my most notable achievements, I was honored as the Most Outstanding Student of the Faculty of Humanities in 2021, where I received the “Best Research Article” award for a paper that uniquely combined my academic research with a creative arts background. This recognition is a testament to my ability to integrate scholarly rigor with artistic exploration, and I continue to build on this intersection of creativity and research in my professional and academic endeavors.
“I am no ordinary, I am 'extra-ordinary'.”
